Weekend Day Centre for dementia care
On receiving very short notice that our previous phone line service was being withdrawn, due to a change in service provision, I contacted The VoIP Centre for advice.
The response was both informative and very professional, offering a solution based on what we actually needed.
Problems arising by our lack of experience in using a new system were resolved quickly and they provided advice on how to acquire the best use out of our equipment.

What do you love most about your job?
I love doing price comparisons against existing traditional telephony suppliers. We are always loads cheaper so it's a great way of showing potential customers how much money they could be saving.
Showing customers what they can do with their new phone system after installation is always a thrill. Everyone is impressed with how versatile the system is and the range of features that are incuded.
What inspired you to start your own business?
No one got rich working for someone else so I decided to start my own business. I'm not rich but at least I don't work for someone else!
