Nice venue for a wedding or birthday party, been here twice now, you can bring your own food to serve at your own cost, a small bar too, has about 50 parking spaces, with more parking a Cross the road

A great venue for about 300-400 people. we had a civil ceremony followed by a dinner reception could have had dancing if we wanted parking is reasonable few spaces on site and then across the road and on the streets the Venue is getting a little bit old now and some of the decor is a little bit dated so suggest the owner's update. My partner and I went to The VIP Lounge to make an enquiry for our engagement and civil registry ceremony and dealt with an events organiser called Azhar. The service he provided was amazing and dealt with everything in a professional way. All additional requirements we had were all feasible and Azhar managed to set everything out the way wanted. We went 2 weeks prior our event to choose the decor and when my partner and I saw the way both rooms were set up on the day, we couldn't have asked for more. Excellent catering company. VIP lounge catered for our wedding at Ditton Manor and we couldn’t thank them enough. Their food is varied and delicious with excellent choices for meat eaters and vegetarians also. Their service is professional and they were very organised and efficient and made sure the guests were very well looks after during both the drinks reception, canapés and main sit down meal. . Parking limited and steep flight of stairs when dressed in heels and saris can be tricky! I also went there on crutches and had to use the service lift which was covered in spilt food so my mum had to hold up my clothes ! A little embarrassing! The room is what the hirers decide to have! More...

Had my sister's in laws hindu wedding and civil there. On this day Leny was in charge and what can I say he was absolutely amazing. I actually felt he was doing more than he should but he was taking charge and getting on with it. If there was anything we needed he would get it done. Thank you Leny. Improvements that is needed is the live footage camera in the main hall. The quality is not great and doesn't show up well on the projector screens. When I was leaving a potential client walked in and asked me for me feedback. I said this is our second family wedding here at VIP Lounge as I got married here in 2015 too and would highly recommend VIP Lounge to anyone!!! More...

I just want share my experience with VIP at Hilton metropole last week
I cannot say the service bar is the speediest I have ever experienced, but the staff are lovely, and the food scrummy.
The manager Preet is very Kind welcoming with a smile on his face. Great customer service. Food was the best I've had in a long time. Great attention to detail and the attention to great service... Oh and amount of plates these waiters could carry was wow! All over a fantastic Experience :)

Looks can be deceiving. Attended a celebration here. Was a great big venue. Inside is like a palace, the front facade lets the place down a bit, but once inside, the hall is sumptuous.

My husband and I were married in the vip lounge 8 years ago. We had a wonderful experience and so did our guests. We had screens all over the banqueting room so our guests could see the wedding on the screens if they could not see it directly. The wedding was shown in the evening party as well.
