I had heard all about the benefits of training/ exercising using the power plates but initially wasn't sure. I decided to have a one to one with Kate yesterday,and I loved it! !!! It was amazing, I couldn't believe in just 15 minutes that you could have such a top to toe workout. I would definitely recommend it for anyone like me who struggles to make time for the gym- this is a great option, or as well as. Such good fun!!!
