December 2020..my cat BonBon has had a poor year with his health. When he goes to the vet he always sees Jessica who is so calm and wonderful with him. I know he is in safe hands. Jessica was excellent as always. She’s Kasey’s usual vet but was away when Kasey was poorly but she noticed it in her notes and asked us about that and how Kasey got on. She’s always great with Korey and Kasey. Not to forget all the nurses and reception staff as well, always amazing with our dogs, friendly and welcoming. Thank you all! I had relocated to Hyndland last year. My dog was a little poorly earlier this week so I quickly registered him with the Veterinary Centre. Within 1 day he was checked, diagnosed & medicated. He also enjoyed treats and cuddles whilst he was there. He’s much better now and I’m so happy we decided on coming here. The staff are warm, friendly & professional. I have been attending this Vet for the last 8 and a half years with my dog and have always found the staff very easy to approach with any questions and they have always been extremely helpful treating Toby. They have always put his needs first considering his excitement when visiting the vet. He isn’t a dog that is worried about going to the vets. He always thinks of it more of an adventure. Every one of my pets has been registered with the Vet Centre since 2008 and I cannot fault them....you always know you're in good, compassionate hands and Audrey in particular provides the perfect combination of professionalism, empathy and realism.
You don't know the true worth of a vet until something goes wrong and the Vet Centre were fabulous both when we lost our collie through old age and a cat through cancer, to the point where I can say hand on heart we did the absolute best for them that we could.
We've just rescued a new cat and will be registering her as soon as possible!

After being treated like rubbish not a loyal customer by my regular vets, I gave the veterinary centre a call.
My word you guys are great very friendly and helpful
Took my litter of 4 cocker spaniel puppys in for first vaccinations and checks, ran like click work. Made myself and a puppy owner feel at welcome and puppy were looked after like there own
Needless to say The veterinary clinic are now my vets!!!

I have been taking my pets to this practice for many years and when I moved home I relocated to another vet ,although they where good I just had to return to the vet practice as I missed the feeling of my pets being treated just as important as the staff would treat their own , the costs are no greater than any other vet with the added care and attention . Our ragdoll Mika recently took very ill and had to be put to sleep. I would like to thank Mr Snadden and the staff at the veterinary centre for looking after Mika and for also being so kind and thoughtful. He took time out to call me and explain thoroughly Mikas illness and assured me that there was nothing I could have done. Mika was cremated and we got him back in a beautiful box.
