I've taken boot camp classes at many places and The Training Lab was by far the best ever! The trainers were fantastic and the class was a total workout, yet still lots of fun. This is my new favorite gym!

I started coming here about two months ago, scared because I didn’t know where to start on how to loose weight. My health wasn’t the best and working in health care, I always thought how embarrassing it was the weight I am. My trainer here was and still is the BIGGEST inspiration! Santina made me feel so comfortable here, even the people that go here all have good positive vibes. I’m so glad I did it. Now I can finally say I can do a push-up!& it may not seem much to some reading this but it means the world to me.
