I was lucky enough to win last week's Facebook competition. I'm fresh back from my massage this afternoon. Wow! What an amazing experience from arrival to leaving. Denise is an lovely women, very friendly and helpful and is amazing at what she does- this is the 2nd time I’ve been now the first time I took my 8 year old for her birthday and she had the best pamper experience from Denise - lovely, calming atmosphere and service and makes you feel like your on cloud 9 when you leave - we love Denise xxxx

I was recommended by my friend to go to the Therapy Shed, i messaged Denise and got a quick reponse. I booked a reflexology session and was so relaxing and Denise picked up on s few health issues i have, i felt really relaxed after and would recommend any one to try I then booked a reiki session, and oh my days it was wonderful the power and heat than radiates from Denise is fantastic she put her hands on my head and i could feel it penetrate my head, and i just felt myself go into some sort of trance, it was really quite bizarre! Wow, wow, wow!!! From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt comfortable and relaxed thanks to Denise’s warm nature. The reflexology was lovely, followed by a full body massage incorporating hot stones and finally an Indian head massage. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Well beyond expectations given from other places I have been to in the past and Denise is lovely and so easy to talk to. The massage bed is the most comfortable I've ever been on, I didnt want to get off! Today I visited The Therapy Shed for the first time. I had recently won a complimentary therapy after subscribing to the therapy shed's newsletter. I chose a reflexology treatment and I most certainly wasn't dissapointed. After being greeted by the warmest of welcome and smile from Denise I felt at ease immediately. The Therapy Shed is a little oasis of calm and I felt totally relaxed from the moment I stepped through the door. Been for the serenity package this morning... was a great experience, one that I will definitely be repeating. it is nice to go to someone who is able to see and explain in detail how ur mind has so much power over you body, but also help direct your body to fight back ❤❤ stress is a battle we all fight every day, treat your body to a bit of ammunition
