Lovely afternoon tea with my 3 granddaughters. Sandwiches were lovely and were fresh, sweet/desserts/cakes were very nice. I love cream horns but also liked the idea of brandy snaps cone shaped with cream followed by fruit scones cream and jam and or chocolate scone. All served on beautiful china. (Oh yes, the important bit (?) prosseco which I had to have as the girls were too young!) All very filling. A few leftovers which we were able to take home. The staff were very attentive, smartly dressed and professional. All in all a good experience and well worth a visit. I would definitely go again. More...

Fantastic boutique hotel, rooms are really spacious, if you enjoy heat then this has got to be the hottest hotel that I have ever stayed in! But at least I didn't feel like they where scrimping on the heating bill. Food was lovely and all the staff where helpful and courteous. Definitely stay there again. More...

Great time at the Ainscow hotel, lovely bar/reception girls who kept us right and full of information, also like to mention the lovely waitress in the restaurant who served us both nights. Thank you to all who Made our stay so pleasant.
One negative, think there may be a drain problem in the bathroom in room 104, this wouldn’t stop a return visit.
Keep up the good work

A lovely hotel with helpful staff. Room quite spacious. Not far from Victoria Train station yet not far from the centre. Would recommend and use again.

Wow! What a find! Excellent hotel, large comfortable rooms, superb staff, excellent food and so reasonable too. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Manchester. Ideally located a 10 minute walk from the arena and the arndale centre. Only stayed one night but wish it was longer. More...

I stayed here for a weekend trip with my boyfriend and it was amazing. This was our first ever time going to Manchester, we had never been before! The hotel is lovely and our room was so private, right at the end of a long corridor which we loved! The room was so spacious and modern. The bed was really comfy, we ended up sleeping in because it was so cosy!!! It is literally a 5 minute walk from the centre of Manchester!! It depends how fast you walk and whether you stop and look around.... the longest it took us was 10 minutes but that was when we were exploring. The car parking was so easy and the receptionist was very accommodating and polite, they also new the area really well so directed us in the correct direction for where we wanted to go. Next time I make a trip to Manchester I’ll definitely be staying here! More...

Stayed one night with my wife and this was our first stay at this hotel. The room was superb , roomy, scrupulously clean, with a large very comfortable bed, and a well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, but the stars of the show were definitely the hotel staff, nothing was too much trouble. All in all a very good hotel. More...

Well placed for the Opera House it’s just a 10 minute walk and about 15 mins away from Deansgate. We enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommend The Ainscow Hotel. We had afternoon tea which was excellent, breakfast is buffet style with a good selection of the usual breakfast fare. Our room was clean and well presented with tea, coffee and biscuits. All the staff were friendly and happy to assist you, nice bar area prices not to bad. Hotel also has a paided car park £12.50 for 24hrs which is very reasonable for Manchester. We would use the Ainscow again.? More...
