I have twins that both struggle with social anxiety. They started at the Serin Center when they were about 7 or 8 years old. They learned some great techniques in a total age appropriate manner. It was difficult for them but they were successful and it helped boost their confidence immensely. They went back as they were entering middle school as some of the challenges were resurfacing. This time their therapist was able to not only build on what they learned when they were younger but helped them have a greater understanding of the root causes of their challenges so they could conquer their fears. This place is amazing for both adults and children. Neurofeedback therapy is amazing, I never realized how much it helps not only those that are having trouble focusing but also optimizing mental health. A lot of athletes use it to optimize their performance . All with no harsh side effects of Meds. And the brain mapping is so fascinating. The staff is great. They do an amazing job with all ages.
