Been using these guys for years and always been happy with the level of service provided including the cost of parts. Great customer service. A bit of constructive criticism - please include VAT receipts with purchases instead of just delivery notes. If you're already going through the efforts to print a delivery note, why not include an invoice at the same time ;)We use "Receipt Bank" to claim back VAT. Several phones fixed for friends and colleagues, OEM products are spot on, and the team are very helpful and responsive when needed. This is the only company I'll use or recommend for mobile phone parts.Just to say that I have read some of the other reviews. I had a fault on a screen I purchased from here, the issue arose months after I fitted it, and I was not expecting replace base to exchange it I contacted them to let them know of the issue incase it came up again as it was a very unusual problem, or initially looked that way. They replaced the faulty part no questions asked, and even though it took me months to send it back the day they got it the replacement unit was sent back. The whole time they have been spot on with quick Comms, and really helpful. The faulty screen was still better than the rubbish that a pro repair shop fitted in Manchester, that screen cannot be read in sunlight is slow to react to changes in light and the screen and bessle is thicker than the original screen, making it so phone cases don't fit. Absolutely excellent service. Ordered a replacement Sister Board (microphone/USB) for a S8. The party arrived within a day or two and was spot on. The online video tutorials are a great bonus. I ordered a replacement screen for my phone and when it arrived, which was very promptly, I discovered I had ordered the wrong screen. I emailed customer support and they were extremely helpful and quick to reply, with all the relevant information to help me correct my own mistake. They emailed me when regarding the refund of the initial product, when it had been returned, so I was able to purchase the correct screen as soon as possible. Very impressive customer service. I had an issue fitting the part I bought on Replace Base. I contacted their support and they advised me to send it off so that could fit it correctly. Within a day of receiving the phone, they had fixed the issue and popped it back in the post to me. I purchased a battery for an aging Sony smart phone. The price was the best I could find online.Delivery was fast, but there was an issue with the item delivered. Upon contacting Replacebase via e-mail, they replied quickly and had a replacement item in the post the same day once I had confirmed that was what I wanted. The item was sent next-day delivery (the original service I paid for was 48hr delivery) and sorted the original issue.While a mistake was initially made, I can't fault the way that the staff at Replacebase rectified this.An great example of how customer service should be.
