5 stars just isn't enough!

Initially we had reservations about using a "smaller" company but Dean was friendly and professional when he came to give us a quote and we were very happy with the price itself.

On the day (today), Max and Simon were brilliant. They had us packed in no time and when our seller's company were slow they helped them finish packing in order to get us in quicker. They were upbeat and cheery throughout which actually turned a stressful day into an enjoyable one! They're an absolute credit to your company.

I will be recommending Midlands Moving Solutions to anyone who will listen! More...

We used Midlands Moving Solutions for our move this weekend. Dean and Craig were the two guys who moved us, both of whom were absolutely superb, especially as it was snowing!

They got us packed up quickly, and even gave me a lift to the new property which was great as I don't drive.

Once at the new property, they unloaded us quickly and easily, going to lengths to protect the carpets by laying down sheets and removing shoes when going upstairs, which was great.

They helped put together our table and chairs and bed, and really were a pleasure to deal with.

We cannot recommend these guys enough, absolutely great experience and made our move a stress free experience.

Big , big shout out to Midland Moving , they moved my son and daughter-in -law yesterday , booked for midday and arrived 15 mins early ! The whole process took about 3 hours,they were so friendly and polite , took care with everything from my grandson's toy cars to expensive mirrored furniture, took things apart, then rebuilt them , the list is endless! Massive thank you for all your hard work moving what seemed like the most stuff anybody has ever owned lol. From a 3rd floor flat with no working lift into our new house. We recently moved twice over a period of three months.... and having used this firm the first time, they were so good we used them the second time as well.
They were very swift and efficient both loading and unloading, whilst showing a lot of care and attention to our belongings ensuring everything arrrived in one piece!
The lads are all pleasant, polite and helpful and even assisted the vendors of our new house to remove furniture in order to get us in that bit quicker.
My parents have also recently used them and were equally as happy.
They are VERY competitively priced and flexible with dates too.

We had the packing service the day before the move (done by Chris) which we were really glad about as we only had our move date finally confirmed a few days before and we weren't very organised. The Removals Company (West Midlands) used to trade under the name of Midlands Moving Solutions, based in Wolverhampton. Visit Companies House website and check company 09201302 The director was Dean Spencer. Registered address of 5 Glen Court, Wolverhampton. (No breach of data protection, as this information is available publicly on Companies House website) That company dissolved according to companies house, but continued to trade under the original name for months after. They were struck off from AIM (Association of Independent Movers ) , despite having the logo on their original website .

They are at the moment trading under the name The Removals Company (West Midlands) LTD, with Claire Kelly now registered as the director , however Dean Spencer is still involved with the company. The registered address for the business is still 5 Glen Court, Wolverhampton. The Removals Company (West Midlands) LTD have failed to return their confirmation statement paperwork to companies house which was due by 11th April 2018 . A letter from Companies house , dated 19/06/2018 indicates that if they fail to return the paperwork within two months of that date, then the company will be struck off the register and dissolved.. Visit Companies house website and check company 10697480.

Regardless of what guise this company take, their customer service will still be shocking . Their vans are still liveried with Midlands Moving Solutions, they tell lies and they don’t replace items that have been damaged. Do not fall into the trap with this company that many others have. Use a reputable company that is AIM registered. Make sure that you check the Companies house website too in order to make sure that whoever you choose is a registered business and hasn’t been struck off.

This was the first time I've ever needed the use of removal service and dubious with all negative press about some removal companies. Midland excelled themselves from the initial call. Nothing was too much trouble and they made me feel reassured when making the odd addition call for advice. On the day the team came early than expected and rather than wait, helped box final bits before loading up.
