What do you love most about your job?
Writing a great profile for someone, highlighting their relevant experience and tailoring CVs for a specific industry. Doing this usually allows the candidates to see they have lots of transferrable skills, giving them confidence when going for interviews.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been working in recruitment for 12+ years and have always helped candidates and friends out with CV advice, so decided it was time to do so in a professional manner.
Why should our clients choose you?
I always take the time to understand why a client is looking to move job/industry and where they want to get to. This allows me to write a better CV as I understand the clients' motivation for moving forward in their career. Changing your job or moving into a new sector can be scary for many people and getting your CV in order is step 1, I believe having someone who understands your reasons for doing so, starts you off on a positive note.
