I attend Ian's Bootcamp on a Thursday and I LOVE it. It's different every week, his car is a tardis of equipment and he is a great motivator. The other members are really friendly and there is a real team spirit which is all down to Ian and his welcoming personality. Thoroughly recommend if you want to get fit and lean but have fun in the process! More...
