What’s your signature dish?
Our cocktails are our signature 'dishes' - all of our bartenders have been professionally trained and have a wealth of experience.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
After a wealth of customer experience we work together with organisers to design bespoke menus to suit all guests.
What do you love most about your job?
The customers are the most integral part of our business, we love working together with organisers on parties/events and building relationships with all of our customers
What inspired you to start your own business?
After nearly 20 years of working in cocktail bars I found a gap in events bars where typically you'd find agency staff serving a standard selection of drinks, we decided to turn this notion upside down and offer a professionally run cocktail bar for all events - both private and corporate.
