What a fantastic place this time seven years ago. An abundance display of locally sourced produce and mouthwatering cakes and a friendly team. Quality choice of delicious foods and one of my favourites. The breakfast. Washed down with a good pot of tea.Comfortable seating inside and outside depending on the weather.You are close by to local amenities in the heart of Southwell and easy parking. Old Theatre Deli is a lovely place to visit. We had coffee and cake at the weekend, it was a bit cool so we were given a blanket for our legs and a hot water bottle. The service is very good and the cakes and pastries are to die for, if you ever go to Southwell, i recommend you visit Old Theatre Deli, a bit expensive but, you only get what you pay for.!!. More...

Wow! What a lovely little place. Service with a smile and a fab selection of food. We had a goats cheese dish from the specials board and it was beautiful. Portions are huge too so you'll be full till tea time! Would definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area! More...

I don't often give places five stars, however, the Old Theatre Deli is one of the nicest places I have been in a long time. Hearty and welcoming atmosphere, delightful staff and amazing food. My only complaint is the lack of space because it can be very busy, but it is difficult to get space, especially if you want the prime spot in the heart of Southwell.
