Hilary is a highly experienced nutritional therapist dedicated to helping her clients achieve their absolute best of health and well-being every day.

After a long career in nursing and counselling Hilary then turned her focus to nutrition and qualified from the internationally renowned ION in 2006. Since founding her business The Nutrition Kitchen, Hilary has spent her professional time motivating and inspiring her clients, focusing entirely on the areas they most wish to feel improved. There is a huge difference between thriving and merely surviving!

Hilary's food philosophy is that it should be delicious, easy, quick and abundantly nourishing. This underpins her mission to dispel the myth that eating well can be punitive, dull and hardwork! She firmly believes that everyone can feel in vibrant health every day and food choices can so often be the missing link. She works carefully with her clients to create an achievable plan, no matter what their lifestyle and demands.

Keeping the most current science and research is at the forefront of Hilary's clinical practice. Addressing issues such as fatigue, weight management, stress resilience, digestive disorders, headaches, sleep quality, hormonal imbalances and smashing your PB are just some of the areas where Hilary can help you to make the greatest impact.

Hilary is a also strong advocate of the award winning Metabolic Balance programme and a great number of her clients have achieved amazing results.

More recently Hilary has also become a life coach. This addition to Hilary's skill set is really making the difference for her clients making solid changes in all areas for lasting, positive daily wellbeing benefits.

When not inspiring her clients Hilary can be found on a chilly rugby touchline supporting one of her three sons, walking with friends in Richmond Park, or of course in the kitchen!
