The MPH Method was originally set up for actors and actresses who needed body overhauls for film roles. We often hear of celebrity workouts and diets but no one knows exactly how they do it. We felt that our services shouldn’t be confined to the acting industry so we launched The MPH Method to the public to offer you the chance to undertake the same process these people go through to get in peak condition.
After a total of 50 years combined experience in the health and fitness industry we offer our 5 stage method that enables you to reach your full potential both physically and mentally through our unique coaching approach.
We run The MPH Method from two sites covering North and South London and are often required to visit clients homes,
venues abroad and on location during film shoots. We try and make The Method as easy for the client as it should be. We pride ourselves on maintaining the utmost privacy of our clients and have become the premium company for people who require the sensitivity of this service.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Our main program (The MPH Method) is a nationally recognised 8 week intensive transformation program that covers personal training, bio-mechanical analysis, postural and gait analysis, massage therapy, bespoke nutrition and hormone testing. We bring our method that was devised in the film and tv sector to the every day client showing you how to get in great shape in minimal time.
For those who dont want to partake in the 8 week transformation, we offer our method in its individual services.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing clients change physically and more importantly mentally. Most people fail because they either don't understand what is needed or they have poor education on nutrition or training philosophies. When you get the right balance exercise and healthy eating no longer becomes a chore, rather it becomes enjoyable.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started out working for the most reputable personal training outfit in London, UK and grew tired of obtaining results with clients and someone else taking the credit for it. I also saw flaws in some of the systems used and thought I could do it better.

Metabolic & Biomechanic Testing
You won't find a more thorough screening. Split into two parts, we assess your movement, lifestyle, and strength followed by metabolic testing with our partners at Guru Performance Ltd to create a completely bespoke plan based on your body ability, biomechanics and fitness goals.
To improve your body, you have to know exactly how it works in the first place. Our comprehensive hormone tests (which we're the first in the UK to offer) shows your disease risks and vitamin needs, and gives you clear recommendations for antioxidants, B-vitamins, minerals, co-factors, amino acids, fatty acids and oxidative stress. It also reveals the hidden allergies and underlying factors that might be holding you back.
Drawing on the results of your body and hormone analysis, we create a diet plan specifically designed around you. This includes meal planning, alterations and support from our nutritionist throughout your whole transformation.
Intensive exercise. Four days a week. Designed to get you in optimal condition quickly and healthily, personal training sessions will improve your strength and stamina, optimising your fat loss and muscle gain potential through hard work and our full support.
