How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We are Certified Medical Exercise Specialists. Medical exercise provides a safe, effective transition from a medical treatment or rehab environment to a guided exercise program. We help those at risk or currently being treated for health conditions including metabolic, autoimmune, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, during and after cancer treatments, during and after pregnancy, and those recovering from injury, post op, and after release from physical therapy. We help people who are unsure how to exercise safely and effectively after being advised by a medical professional.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our mission is to bridge the gap between medicine and fitness with individually designed Medical Exercise Personal Training programs.
