About

Having been a chef for over 20 years and having a wealth of experience gained in contract catering,event catering at Worcester County Cricket club and as a volunteer in the kitchens at the London Olympics in 2012.
Now having my own business for over 5 years and everything cooked in our commercial kitchen in Bedminster.

Bought two vegan curries and a chicken one from the stall at the Harbour Festival. Absolutely lovely food, would recommend to anyone. Samosas were great, as well. Large portions. More...

South Indian curries like Thoran, coconut milk infused dishes, vegan and vegetarian dishes which is becoming very popular

I always work with the client regarding budget, menu choice and table settings along with choice of cutlery and crockery.We do not have a set menu as it tends to contain staff that may not be what you the client requires

The flexibility that I have working for myself and not being told to cut the portion size and make more GP (Gross Profit) for my bosses

The freedom of not having to see countless emails from my area manager asking me to explain my actions on a day to day basis and then tying my hands and all this I now use to counter balance what I can offer my clients

I am an effective communicator, easy to get on with, willing to work with the client to achieve the best for themselves and eventually a great event for their friend family and company!
