In my first session with Pugal after about 20 mins of examination Pugal was able to give me a diagnosis. I had previously been to hospitals, had MRI and ultra sound tests and NHS physio but no one was able to tell me what the problem was yet Pugal did so quickly which was very reassuring. 22 months and 30 physio sessions after being runover by a van whilst cycling, I arrived at Magical Hands still in pain and unable to visualise running my first half marathon. Four sessions later, with Pugal, my posture is significantly improved and I cycled without knee support for the first time since 2017. Yes, I'm still experiencing pain but much reduced and manageable. I'm confident that, after being under the caring, totally professional management of Pugal, I'll soon be training for and running my first half marathon.. pain-free! I am really thankful to The Magical Hands physiotherapists for completely curing my wife's hip pain suffering from excessive high steps climbing. She had only 2 physiotherapy sessions within a week and followed the daily exercises that was given. After 2 weeks her entire pain cured. They really have magical hands. Myself and my wife were surprised how technically, the appropriate physical exercises can do such a Magical cure. Pugal treated her. He is a very friendly and treated us like friends whom we know each other for many years. We were very comfortable getting treatments from him. He diagnosed the root cause for the pain and he explained very well in layman's terms where anyone can easily understand. Their charges are reasonable and no doubt it was fully worth.I have no hesitation in recommending The Magical Hands physiotherapists for such treatments. Excellent experience, I had induced a very painful knee injury, which despite all the RICE technique and painkillers taken would not give up and my knee swelled up so bad it locked itself in position. Pugal did what he did and is a very patient, professional and kind individual. There were moments where I was screaming like a baby but in all goodness I came to the clinic with crutches and left walking. All this within an hour, definitely recommend seeing this Physio practice beforehand. Prices are very affordable and location is very nice with loads of parking. More...

I had a very serious double leg break (tiba & fibula) with complications of nevere damage. I was reffered via a friend & saw Pugal during my recovery and his treatment and care was amazing. After his sessions it felt like i never had the injury! He can also treat nerve damage which is a rare specialism. I have had a pleasant experience at The Magical Hands Physiotherapy Clinic. KJ and Pugal were highly attentive towards my needs and carefully devised a recovery plan. Each week they carefully targeted different pain points and instructed me to do exercises at home to speed up my recovery. They were always welcoming and friendly and this put me at ease.
