What do you love most about your job?
Simple, I love making a real difference in the lives of those I work with who feel that their barriers to their success are insurmountable. The greater the challenge the more we both gain, you learn and I learn too!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I realised I was a 'square peg in a round hole' and just did not feel that my career had any purpose and that I had to 'Break Free' and seize control of my destiny. I had many lessons to learn, but 5 years later my business is going from strength to strength because I learned the 5 key things that separate the successes from the failures. I also wanted to build something that I could use to develop a comfortable retirement and leave as a legacy to my children.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am different to many other coaches, my challenges have been not only with my own mindset about what I could achieve, but with those who have always wanted and up until 2012 persuaded me to tread a safe path because they thought I was bound to fail. Now 5 years on those same people are my greatest advocates. Obviously, so are those that have already worked with me.
However, anyone wanting to determine if I am the right fit for them also needs to understand that I don't accept anyone as a customer - I am looking for those who prove that they are really intent on taking action so I am not the right coach for you, if you are looking for an easy time and someone else to blame when you are not getting the results you hoped for.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am now working exclusively online. This can be via SKYPE, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Facetime. I also use the phone for some clients who do not access video conferencing meetings.

This is coaching programme especially for Disabled Business Start-Ups and those who have already set-up in business.
The main focus is on taking participants from a Dependency to Intra-dependence Mindset. We also look at Money and Me (or in other words you).
ONE PAGE CAREER RSULTS MAP
This is a DONE WITH YOU coaching programme. We will start at the very beginning and uncover what it is that you really, really want - your VISION. We will then create career goals that map out the journey you will need to travel to achieve the VISION. I will also ensure that you know how to overcome all obstacles that Disability and health may present, so you can FOCUS on achieving your career goal.
