These guys are genuinely first class. I needed my iPhone repaired whilst on holiday from the US: no problem, we can have a look and help immediately. 30 minutes and a new screen later we were back up and running - they even put on a new screen protector for free. Have just returned from taking my MacBook to The iT Store for a small problem that I didn't think was able to be fixed having visited another Mac shop first. I was greeted with a warm welcome and was able to explain the problems I had been getting, The Gentleman instantly focused himself on my problem and began looking up software solutions online and explaining how we was going to look at fixing it. I normally do not write reviews but had to for these. It was brilliant service and very reasonably priced, a lot more convenient that booking an appointment and the nearest Apple Store Genius Bar. Very helpful, knows exactly what to do. Sorted out my MacBook Pro quickly (within 2 hours) full re-install of Yosemite as the one I downloaded had issues! Joe, you have a great IT guy with Franklin. My camera on my Iphone would not work and I thought you were going to have to put a new camera in my phone. Before you did that, Franklin suggested I update the phone, update my ITunes and then save everything on the phone, take everything off and then reload. He walked me through on how to do all that and my heavens it worked. My camera is working again and there was no charge. Thank you, thank you. I will definitely refer you to others. More...

Took my macbook pro in as my hard drive was filling up, also the trackpad was playing up. The guys put a new SSD in, and found the battery was expanding inside causing the issues with the trackpad. Replace the battery and fixed the trackpad. Came back like a new machine the next day.... 10/10 More...

I went to the IT store with a macbook problem which I needed sorting ASAP as I rely heavily on the macbook for work. It was a bit of an emergency situation! They were very friendly, paid clear attention to my description of the problem and asked helpful questions. They turned around my macbook in under 24 hours and (so far!) the problem has not reappeared. They kept me updated on it's progress (by email, as I requested) throughout the day and were extremely professional in every way. I also felt that their fee was very reasonable, especially considering the pressure I put them under to get it done ASAP. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there or recommend them to a friend. More...

The trackpad/keyboard on my MacBook Air suddenly stopped working. I assumed it was liquid damage, so took it to the IT Store. They said they would take it and basically diagnose the problem. It turned out not to be liquid damage but that the trackpad cable had burned out. They replaced the trackpad cable and I picked up my laptop within 2 days after first dropping it off. My laptop is working perfectly now. Not only was I charged very reasonably but the service I received was kind and efficient. I have recommended this Store to everyone I know. Second time in 12 months been very impressed both times!Managed to salvage my data from my 6 year old Macbooo Pro. I was desperate as not backed up and would have paid £££s to rescue my data. .. the service was good and excellent value for money!My new MacBook Pro developed a fault a few days out of warranty... The IT Store helpfully suggested I took it to ‘Iconology’ in Ashford who were able to return it to Apple free of charge! It was covered by Consumer Law. Dropped into the shop with an iPad problem that was soon efficiently dealt with. Careful explanation was offered to me before committing to a factory re-set and my next actions to follow were advised before I left the store. Recently I accidentally spilt beer through my keyboard on my Macbook Air, which resulted in it not turning on. After consulting with Apple I was quoted over £500 just to get the machine working again, and to add insult to injury ALL my data would be lost! ! As a second opinion it took to the IT store in Canterbury and after £150 and 3 days my Macbook was fixed and all my data was restored. They managed to replace the keyboard and fix the main water damaged board without any issues. I can't thank them enough as stupidly I have no backups and every picture I own is on that machine.
