Amazing!! Cannot recommend Sharon enough. My mum recommended The hypnotherapy rooms after she went to Sharon for insomnia and after 3 treatments she is more more positive and relaxed and sleeping much better.

I have been here several times for hypnotherapy, I had recurring nightmares since childhood (I'm now in my 50's) and after regression therapy I haven't had any nightmares since, this was well over a year ago now, I have also had sessions for stress and weight loss, again with positive results, Sharon is very good she has a very calming, reassuring voice and manner putting you immediately at ease, I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
