I feel very confident leaving Molly & Nellie in the very capable care of Kat and her family. They are looked after in a safe comfortable environment and have plenty of exercise.

Super helpful and amazing service! Always fast to reply to any questions about products and only stock good quality items. We’d fed raw before using happy chops but have found it so lovely to be able to get everything from one place so won’t go any where else now. amazing service! after my dog was diagnosed with a few ongoing health issues we decided to change her to raw food to see if we could improve her condition even if it was only improved slightly, within 2 week's she's gone from being underweight to well on her way back to where she should be, she had no stamina and didn't want to walk for long and now she wants to run wherever we go! the change in her has been amazing. the advice and support from happy chops was brilliant, she had loads of information to give us and really cared about getting my dog back to her normal self, we now have our girl back and I couldn't be more grateful! My fur baby had an absolute blast staying at the howliday inn with the upmost care, love and attention. First time boarding my girls and I was very anxious. Graham sent lots of updates, picture and videos of the girls having lots of fun which helped me relax and enjoy my weekend away. I left my 2 dogs with Graham at The Howliday Inn Sandwich for 6 nights. I hadn’t left my dogs before so I was very worried as they are always with me so are used to having me there all the time. I needn’t have worried. Graham patiently and considerately took over my role to perfection so much so I did wonder if they would want to come home . Graham sent me regular updates with pictures, videos and messages so I did not worry about my dogs at all ( I really thought I would). They came home clean, relaxed and happy and very tired from playing and having fun. I would 100% highly recommend Graham at Howliday Inn Sandwich for his 5 star care. ivy went to stay with Graham whilst we were away. it was the first time we had boarded her so were a bit worried, but she had a fantastic time. she was so well looked after, spoilt a little, and had great fun with the other doggie's. Penny and Ossie have just come back from their stay at the Howliday Inn, Sandwich. They have had the best time and are shattered! They’ve been played with, walked, cuddled and most importantly, loved. It is clear that they were incredibly happy there. Graham kept us updated with videos and photos throughout which gave us real peace of mind. I would not hesitate for them to return and have, in fact, booked them in for a longer stay in July! I struggled to find an alternative to kennels for my Siberian Husky who also happens to be pretty much my baby. Someone recommended Howliday Inn and I’ve not looked back. Kat has provided doggy day care after meeting us and making sure Eski was comfortable, judging her by character not breed (which is a rarity these days) and has also given her a much needed groom. I could not be happier leaving her in such capable hands and in a loving home environment like she’s used to. Each morning I’ve dropped her off she’s been excited to go and play and has been thoroughly worn out by the time I collect her. Absolutely cannot recommend enough and as for Eski, she can’t wait for her next stint at day care More...

My puppy came here for day care whilst I was on training as I hated the thought of her being alone all day. She absolutely loved it and was excited every day to go, she had so much fun! Highly recommend the Howliday Inn.

My boy Romeo is still exhausted from his wonderful time at The Howliday Inn Margate a few days ago. Kat fitted us in last minute which we are so grateful for. Her house is super dog friendly and Kat is more than qualified with an animal care qualification and is even a dog groomer too. I have a very fussy 3 year old shihtzu called Stan. I recently had him allergy tested and basically he’s allergic to the raw food I was feeding him. I was at my wits end trying to feed my pup, until I was recommended by someone of a pet group to Happy Chops. I contacted them and they very quickly got back to me, they looked at Stan’s test results and discussed his likes and dislikes. I went to visit them at their little store in Kingsgate and I was so impressed. The story behind happy chops is an intriguing one and the selection available is fab. I was given some free samples and I can honestly say they were brilliant! So far so good as Stan has eaten both of the options!! I would like to thank happy chops for giving me hope! More...

Our puppy has been going to the Howliday Inn for 2 months. She loves it - her tail wags as soon as we get to the door in the morning. Kat obviously loves all of the dogs. She has been really flexible and offers her very valuable advice when asked. Using the Howliday Inn has meant that we can easily combine busy working lives with having a happy and healthy dog. I purchased the Valerian drops for my dog, as she hates fireworks James kindly delivered them to me, as early as he could so that I could give it to her before the bangs started, this evening she is totally unfazed by the bangs, she can hear them but she is rather relaxed and is quite happy. Our silly old whippet Blue has for the first time relaxed through the local firework noise and flashes...thanks to Happy Chops supply of Valerian Compound! ! Roxy has never stayed away from us and even though it was just for a day it was hard leaving her , however Kat was incredible and made us feel at ease to leave her . From the initial visit everything was done very professionally ensuring she knew everything about Roxy to make sure her stay would be a good one . Loved looking at the pictures of her playing with the other dogs and hearing about her walk along the seafront .
