Update: Refund processed and handled by Missy. She stepped in to correct any and all issues stated in my review. Mix ups are going to happen, it's how they're handled.
After a small amount of poking, my issues were addressed and corrected. Absolutely love the comforter.
Have had too many issues with my first, and ONLY order. One item on my order was on back order and after waiting for 3 months to receive the comforter, all discounts originally including at time of purchase, were retracted without explanation. To top it off the wrong comforter was sent. I have clearly spelled out the entire scenario, with proof of billing and screen shots of charges, all to be told I am wrong. THIS IS THIEVERY. I am still exerting effort to obtain the money that is rightfully mine. BEWARE.

Ordering bedding on line can be risky but our order was received exactly according to the delivery emails that we received. The product was as pictured and the quality was beautiful.
