I've been a professional photographer for the last 20 or so years and have photographed most things. These last 8 years I've specialised in Headshot and portrait photographer as well as filmmaking for a wide range of clients ranging from Waitrose, Rolls-Royce, Food & Travel magazine, BBC, RHS, Lakeland and a few others.

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
A great photograph is all about creating an emotion. Either doing that by sculpturing the light or creating a response or reaction from the subject that resonates with the viewer.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I like to ask them who is going to be viewing the photographs and what is their objective for the shoot. Then I'll ask about timescales, the look they are trying to re-create and what budget I need to work to.
What do you love most about your job?
I can't imagine doing anything else to be honest. I've always loved photography and still do today 20 years later.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A passion for being my own boss and being in charge of my destiny.
