Amazing ! I had a trapped nerve in my lower back since last Monday and was booked for NHS treatment this coming Monday. In a lot of lower back pain, and was finding it difficult to move around. Had a half an hour long deep tissue massage with Claire Svoboda yesterday that included Thai and Shiatsu massage techniques that she used as appropriate. She clearly knew what she was doing and targeted the the issues and areas precisely. The massage was absolutely thorough, very strong and able to, in fact, release the pain in my lower back and further tightness in my upper back. I walked out of the Happiness Centre able to walk comfortably, and still feel fine today ! As someone who doesn't have regular massages, I'm absolutely amazed, will definitely be going back, and have recommended Claire and the Centre to colleagues and friends ! Amazing ! More...

Got a deep tissue massage and this guy was spot on! The session lasted for an hour and it was the best massage I've had so far. Very professional.
My first opinion looking at the entrance was it's going to be one of those crappie massages but i was so wrong.
It's a small cozy place which might give a wrong impression but it's great, definitely recommend More...

Had a deep tissue massage with Mike this evening and can honestly say it was one the best I've had! He listened to me attentively when I was describing my back/shoulder complaints and focused on those areas.

I've been here for Pilates, dynamic yoga and a deep tissue massage with both Mike and Sara. The massages were fantastic and exactly what I needed. I'm going back every two weeks for one with Mike. The classes were also brilliant, especially Raquel's (Pilates) and Jessie's (dynamic yoga). It's a small place but the staff are very friendly and always super helpful.
