What do you love most about your job?
I feel I work in one of the most rewarding industries currently out there - it's my job to help each person I work with become the best version of themselves.
There is nothing to me that's more fulfilling than knowing I've made a positive impact on somebodies life and helped them get to where they want to be.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Despite the abundance of information available on the internet, we're currently living in a time where mental health is becoming a bigger issue, work life balance is often lost and people don't know how to overcome challenges / become the best version of themselves.
To me this screamed that the answer is not lack of information - it's the ability to put together an effective plan and have the accountability to stick with it.
Truthfully, I never really felt in place in the corporate world. Giving back and helping people has always been something I've been passionate about and so it made sense to venture out on my own and start a company dedicated to try and help people become the best they can be.
