I moved from Florida to the state of Washington. Dealing with realtor's are a headache! Selling our house in Florida was an experience but buying a house in Washington was suicidal! !! After meeting 3 or 4 realtors I finally met Sheri Ognianov at Windermere in Camas, Wa . She was very understanding and listened to what both my husband and my wants and needs. Several areas we looked in , Sheri checked on travel times, nearest stores... schools. Gave me advice on restaurants, grocery, and every thing I could think of . After many towns , many houses , many almost offers..we have found our fantastic home . She has checked on us periodically to make sure we are still happy and if there is anything she can help us with. We highly recommend Sheri for your realtor. More...

This is a belated review - regarding a house that sold 6 years ago. Anne Leius was the realtor for my mom. She was very pleasant and she helped get top dollar for this property. Houses in that area were becoming pricey, but we were not expecting that for this property since it was not gutted and renovated like so many in this area seemed to have been. My mom's house was beautiful but did need some work and updating. And it did go over asking.I have been fortunate to have had good realtors to deal with and Anne Leius certainly A1. I met Scott Little from David Astbruys estate agency at the viewing in Muswell Hill, very popular area. That flat wasn't right, but it seems that I met the right agent! Scott Little is a brilliant industry person, well presented, knowlegeable, understanding and reassuring - it is very important to feel that no nonsense honest approach when you're experiencing chain viewings and have to make an important decision fast. Scott is the one who actually cares, I think this is his secret success factor. You can not fake it. Scott professionally identified my family's needs just maintaining nice small talk, and eventually offered me 2 other properties from David Astbury's portfolio - both of them was suitable for a small family with a pet (this is not easy to find). It seems like Scott has a special vision to get you what you want! With Scott's assistance I put an offer for one, and it was accepted very quickly, the manager was on the phone with me to confirm in 10 min after I put the holding deposit, it was after the end of business hours in the evening. The team behind Scott is understanding and considerable, I feel very greatful to each of them. My review is in relation to Townsends Letting Agency in Falmouth Cornwall. My experience of Letting a residential property from this company can only be described as Excellent. The quality of their service and their professionalism in every aspect of their business was outstanding. i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking to rent a property in Falmouth or surrounding areas. I was not sure about the concept of an agent where I could not pop into the office and see them if I had a problem however that reservation was quickly put to bed on my first meeting with Julie! ! She picks up her phone and responds to e-mails late at night and early in the Mornings at the times where you think about the issues you might have and want a response she’s there! Fidelis Independent estate agents. Fidelis were and are a Very friendly and professional company from start to finish. One of the reasons we chose this firm is because they were the only one to talk honestly and not belittle or talk down their competitors in order to gain customers (unlike two other firms in the city), Mark was our first contact with the firm and remained courteous and informative from the outset to completion. The viewings team were excellent, respecting our property at all times and giving feedback. Leaders Southampton- London roadWhat can I say other then wow! Mark the manager and Jules whom looked after me, were the most amazing, caring and generally honest people I have ever dealt with/known.
