I rented equipment from the Fun Ones for a corporate family event. I must say right from the beginning the team was there to answer any questions I had. They were prompt and courteous when responding. When it was time for delivery and installation of my items the drivers and set up team were timely, friendly, and very professional. They set everything up extremely quickly, and gave us tutorials on the machines we did not know how to use. Pick up of the items was just as fast and easy to deal with. We hosted a charity festival the second weekend of August at Bartlett Park and rented an inflatable slide from The Fun Ones. Sue was nothing short of terrific to work with from start to finish. She offered suggestions and pricing options until we were able to select was would work best for our needs. Jordan delivered and set up everything promptly and pick-up was early and trouble-free. I rented the Junior Castle Palace Moonwalk just recently just recently and because of the rain the kids used this only for few hours . It was worth because my 2 year old grandson enjoyed it very much . Customer service Sue and Sharon was very professional and helped me a lot to make this Birthday celebration a Blast !! I worked with Josalyn to order a train for my daughters 2nd birthday party. She was very professional and did a wonderful job assisting me book the Royal train which was brand new at the time. The installer/train conductors were outstanding. They did an excellent job setting up and driving the kids. They were very friendly. The only "issue" that I had is that the price on my contract was $200 more than what I expected, when I called to inquire and advise the website price was different, I was told that the price on the website was incorrect. We had an amazing party! Jaclyn was great to work with from the start helping me pick the inflatables and negotiating a package price. We rented the climbing wall, 4 person joust and a bounce house. The kids and parents all had a blast!! What made this company stand out was their Staff Manager who stayed on premise the whole time, Don Farmer. He entertained all the children and parents and made sure everyone was safe and having a good time. We had The Fun Ones supply human hamster balls and sumo suits for our company party yesterday and they were fantastic! From the sales representative to the drivers and the attende, they are wonderful people to work with! A special shout out to the young gentleman helping run the hamster ball races- he was outstanding. We ordered carnival games and an inflatable for our school Halloween party. Sue Schultz is amazing to work with and makes the whole process so easy. She is also super helpful with answering any questions and providing information. Al and crew were great with the setting up of the games and inflatable. They were polite, courteous and worked quickly, Al explained how all the games worked and left instructions for our volunteers. Overall a great experience!! We will definitely use them again. We used Fun Ones for our 1st Semester Student Achievement Celebration. The students had an awesome time rotating between the games, including basketball full court press, tic tac throw, four in a row, soccer kick, and boulder dash. Boulder Dash was the most popular. We used The Fun Ones for our holiday party at a hotel as supplemental games for those who did not want to participate in our casino theme. We had 2 dart games, a pool table and the pop a shot basketball. Joselyn was helpful and got us a discount since we bundled a few games together. The delivery went smoothly and they were even early, Gustavo and Rafael were very professional. The only compliant I have is the one of the dart games stopped keeping score almost immediately. It wasn't a huge deal since most people were just playing for fun anyway. It would've been nice for everything to work though. Overall, I would use The Fun Ones again for future work functions. Had a good experience with The Fun Ones for my daughter's 4th birthday party. In particular, the sales associate was great. She took a lot of time to help me order just the right bounce house and games for the party. The delivery and set up were quick and on time, as was the removal of the rentals. The only negative I have is that it seemed like the delivery charge was pretty high and there was an extra charge because I only had a one hour window to setup and breakdown the bounce house. Overall though, a good company to work with, and they have a large selection of items. Also, one of the few companies I found that actually were open in December! Seems like many of the bounce house rental places in the area close during December and January. More...

The obstacle course was used at our elementary school on the last day of school. Set-up was in the gym (to accommodate rain or shine) and the men took care of everything, they were very knowledgeable with helping remove the door divider since our custodian was not available. We have used "The Fun Ones" for several years for our company 4th of July party. Kristen has been our rep since the beginning and has been helpful, polite, professional and even funny! The Installers have also been very professional and helpful. I love people with a good sense of humor and these people have just that. We have used The Fun Ones for the 3rd year in a row for our church's big Eggstravaganza event and we don't plan on looking anywhere else! Great customer service and attentive to our needs. Love working for this Amazing Company. I've used them for numerous events for myself family and friends. Customer service is one of the best, the warehouse guys are awesome and the field staff definitely know how to have fun and professional at all times.

Their lead field staff attendant Don farmer, is so professional, caring, fun going and concerned about the parties and events he attends.

The Slide was a bouncy house/water slide combo! it was HUGE and the kids and the adults loved it!! the guys that delivered it and set it up were so nice and came at the end of the night and took it away. I must have went down it for 2 hours myself because it was that fun!! definitely worth the money and all my neighbors wanted to know where i got it! Everyone was so helpful from start to finish! Everything that I rented for my sons carnival themed birthday party was even better than I anticipated. It was really easy to reserve the cotton candy machine. I had 110 guests and asked for 150 servings but 75 would have been plenty. Even though the person signing the equipment out to me explained how to operate the machine I was very anxious the morning of the party about how to use it since she only explained where things would go but didn’t actually make some with me( obviously that would be a huge waste of product and a lot of cleaning) After watching a YouTube video and making 3-4 lame looking servings we got pretty good at it. We have used The Fun Ones for various rentals at our kids' birthday parties the past 3 years and have always had a great experience with them! Kristin G. has helped me choose our rentals each year and been very accommodating with any and all changes I've requested. She always responds in a timely manner and is very helpful. Sidney was our delivery person this year. He and his brother were efficient in delivering and setting up our rentals and were also kind and fun to work with. The rental equipment (we have used the popcorn machines, dunk tank, electronic pop a shot basketball game and a water slide bouncy house) has always been very clean and worked perfectly.
