We have 7 cats and he is the only one who wouldn't use the litter box and that you helped with general behaviour and suggesting different litter brands and eventually with a lot of help from you and a lot of support we managed to get him out of the habit of using other areas of the house and is now a very clean cat and we're just so very grateful to you Zoe. xx

We can not thank Zoe enough After introducing a second sphyx cat into are household things didn't go as we hoped, are first cat developed behaviour problems and are new addition became very anxious. For those of you who know me and Martin, you will know we have 2 troublesome fur babies Gnasher and Bandit who we love and are part of the family. I cannot recommend this lady highly enough who has been looking after our cats while we were away on holiday. Not only feeding them and being generally lovely with them, but also using her qualification and knowledge to check their issues and even taking Bandit to the vets for us when it was needed. You can always tell when someone loves animals, and she was brilliant. It was a great relief knowing they were in such capable hands. 5 stars I was first reluctant to leave my precious Fabio with someone...after many research and went to see few cat hotels I decided for a pet sitter and after more research:) I found Zoe the friendly pet nurse:) We were so lucky x We been away for 16 days and Zoe came in to our house and looked after Fabio. About nine months ago one of my cats got diagnosed with diabetes. Zoe was recommended to me by my vet as I was due to go away soon after diagnosis. Zoe carried out a home visit and my cats liked her straight away. On the first visit she left them all a catnip mouse which they loved and are still playing with. Zoe will always check in if one of them have been sick. Zoe has been a great help getting me through this because I was definitely not keen on having to inject Misty twice a day. Zoe has always been available every time I go away and helped with mid day blood tests for Misty when she was first diagnosed. I can go away knowing my cats are going to be looked after and well cared for and I don’t get the cold shoulder either when I return. Thank you so much for all your support Zoe. Saved one of our cats from being rehomed! I contacted Zoe after recently adopting a second cat. The introductions went well but soon the cats were constantly fighting and we were devastated at the thought of having to rehome our new boy. It got so bad that both cats had to be separated and kept in different areas of the house. Both cats were visibly stressed and we didn’t know what to do. I spoke with Zoe many times via email and then spoke with her on the phone. She was very patient and listened and gave us loads of valuable advice. We did all of the things that Zoe recommended and implemented the strategies she taught us. We were so surprised and relieved to see such a big change in just a few days! The cats have almost completely stopped fighting during the day and is still working with us to tackle the evenings but both cats now have full run of the house. We are so grateful to Zoe and cannot thank her enough for saving our new boy from going back to the rescue centre or being rehomed. Zoe has been a godsend after, one of our more timid cats Jess, was diagnosed with an over active thyroid. I went into major panic mode worrying how I was going to deal with her condition and our busy life where we quite often away from home. This would be our first time having Zoe having look after the cats while we were away on holiday for two weeks, I cannot recommend her enough! We had constant communication throughout the time we were gone, we never had a moment where me and my wife were thinking "oh god I hope they're okay!" I've used Zoe for three holidays now and my cats are so happy being looked after at home. I wish I had found her years ago! No stressful car journey to the cattery or abandoning them to cat prison. We cannot praise Zoe too highly. Whilst we were on holiday our beloved cat was unwell and urgently needed an antibiotic injection and also blood tests - a holidaymaker's worst nightmare! Zoe was fantastic. So calm, dealing with everything, taking our cat to the vets out of hours for her injection and then again for blood tests - absolutely brilliant. Fab care and lovely lady, I think our cats miss Zoe's daily visits! Having a qualified vet nurse was a godsend recently. Zoe spotted an issue with Elmo's (good) eye and whizzed him to the vet for us on a Sunday. Thankfully it looks as though the issue has been caught in time! We have 3 cats, one that lives outside and doesn't let us touch her and two rabbits. Zoe was amazing making me feel relaxed about going away leaving her (or the pets) in charge! Zoe is an absolute god- send to our lovely 20 year old cat. She is too old now to take care of her own claws and neither of us are brave enough to clip them for her but she is petrified of going in the car or going to the vet. A few months ago they grew so long that they started to curl in and impale her pads and that's when we first met Zoe. She was gentle and kind and even though Daisy was very nervous,Zoe dealt with them quickly and with such a calm manner that Daisy was not overly traumatised. Zoe has been looking after my cat every other weekend for over a year now. She is friendly, caring and a real animal lover. She takes a real interest - she has recommended dietary changes, brought toys for Willow to play with and found ingenious ways to get her to take her medicine. Came to cut my rabbit's nails thus saving me from an extra trip to vets. I then asked for home visits to feed guinea pigs and rabbits while on holiday - nothing too much trouble. Friendly and willing to help at last minute even fed the wild birds - I was worried they would go hungry! After taking on my Mum's elderly dog, I called upon Zoe to come and cut her toe nails. Tilly (my Mum's dog) sat happily in her bed while Zoe set about her toe nails. Tilly was very content and happy, and then did my other Lab, so she did not feel left out. Both dogs now have regular pedicures, (lucky girls) and love seeing Zoe and receiving a treat each at the end of their treatments.
