I would like to thank the two lovely ladies at The Florist who saved the day for me yesterday. With only 4 hours to go until my hen party started, the company I had booked to do my table centre pieces and decor let me down and cancelled. My mum called this florist who we have never used before (but we definitely be using again) to ask if they had any artificial flowers we could use. I quickly drove to their shop and they offered to make me something with what they had in stock using fresh flowers. Well… in just over an hour they created the most STUNNING centre piece that made our table looked like a wedding. I could not believe how beautiful it was. I recently had the awful task of arranging funeral flowers for a very dear and close friend. The staff were absolutely fabulous, offering expert advice in a sympathetic and warm manner.
I cannot thank them enough for making the whole experience a lot easier than I thought it would be. Their creation was stunning, fresh and vibrant and was admired by all but most importantly was a perfect tribute to my much loved friend.
I have no hesitation in recommending The Florist at Loughton and I will certainly be using them in the future.

It was mums 80th and wanted a special bouquet for her from her grandchildren. The florist at Loughton really stepped up to the mark. I left it to the owner and staff who were really friendly and helpful. My mum was overwhelmed with the colours and how big it was. She had it on show for weeks and loved it. I was in the shop on the 25th and had a lovely welcoming from the staff. The 2 ladies and also the shop owner are such nice people.
I had a chat with them all and got a beautiful bouquet made up, which my mother in law loved and they got compliments from all that seen them. I've highly recommended your shop to my family and friends.

I called and ordered special flowers last minute from Australia to be delivered to Loughton to my mum.. the same day!!!!
The lady on the phone who's name I can't remember was so helpful and polite!
She made it so easy.
My mum unexpectedly went out, and the flowers were left with a neighbour for her to collect later that day.
Further to this the flowers were amazing and I am told they lasted well! Excellent service.
