We used Flex for several projects in our house recently - cannot speak highly enough about the project management team lead by Richard and Paul - they guided us through the process, respected our vision, suggested some alternative options which would enable us to achieve more with the same budget and then managed the whole process. The work was all completed on time by a really excellent team (special mention to Andy & Jason in particular) and we felt completely comfortable giving free access to the property and letting them get on with it while we were away. We were kept updated at all times and and cost changes were discussed and agreed beforehand so no nasty surprises at the end of the project ! Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Flex to any householder looking for a trustworthy and professional contractor who will do what they say and make the whole process as painless as possible. Flex have recently replaced a flat room for me - they went out to investigate a possible issue with the roof, discovered it was completely rotten, and did an emergency repair so it was watertight for that evening. Went back the next day and carried out the full repair - was stress free for me as they organised access etc directly with the tenant and kept them up to date.
