This is the best dog walking company we've ever had! Definitely go for it if you're lucky to be in their area. All the walkers are incredibly decent dog people, and our pup goes crazy happy when he sees them. Also incredibly reasonable prices for the area - and time they spend on your dog's walk. We have used the Fetching Hound for both walking and boarding and they are great! Our dog can be a little skittish but they are always patient and understanding with her - even if she isn't overly welcoming to them coming into her home. Thien takes the best pictures of all the dogs together and I love seeing how happy she looks with the group. We don't have a set walking schedule but they have always been very accommodating when we need them. Mike has also boarded our dog and we were so relieved to know she was in good hands. His regular video updates put us at ease (plus the commentary made us laugh!) Great dog walking company! They were able to fit my dog in within a week's notice when I moved back to Cambridge. I love that they send a day's recap in an email with pictures and videos! Awesome guys :)

I can't say enough great things about the fetching hound. Jeffery and Thien care so much about the puppies and always make sure they are having a safe and fun time. I love the photo and video updates every day. When I come home my dog is always happy and exhausted. They are very responsible and make sure that the puppies and clients are treated well. They make sure the dogs get a long walk and are able to do their business. They are also very reasonably priced compared to other walkers in the area. More...

Jeffrey and Thien have been walking my dog since he was a puppy  and I cannot imagine my life without them- I get weepy at the thought that someday I might move out of their walking zone. I look forward to each day's photos or video, to see what a cool life my dog is having while I'm sitting in my cubicle. If I wasn't so lazy about printing pictures, my walls would be plastered with the photos they send every day because they are incredible, I can barely get my dog to sit still and Thien has him lined up between other dogs on a bench overlooking the harbor (do not know how he does this!!!) My dog has boarded with them several times and he always comes back happy and exhausted, which is great since he has no energy to eat the walls like he once did. More...

Jeffrey, Thien, and the Fetching Hound team are the best-of-the-best when it comes to dog walkers. They truly love the dogs they care for and it shows in how the business is run. Before you start walking with them they take time to meet with you and your dog to get to know you better. Beyond that, they send you daily updates via e-mail with pictures and videos of your dog walking so you can see them in-action. Also, Thien has boarded our dog a couple times and it has been wonderful and seamless. Our dog has a new lease on life since he started walking with The Fetching Hound Team - his physical fitness has improved, he has renewed energy, and he is so much better with other dogs / new situations. Jeffrey is the absolute best. We got a puppy a little over a year ago, and my wife and I both work 9-5's that are usually more like 8-8's, and so we definitely needed someone to come let our dog out during the day. I had never had a dog before, so my perception of a dog walker was simply someone who comes in, takes the dog out, walks her a few blocks, puts her back in the house, and that's it.Jeffrey does so much more than that though, and from day one, his professionalism, attention to detail, and individualized care for our dog has been top of the line. Whether it's his daily videos, his reports on when her poop is irregular, the funny personal touches in his emails, or his flexibility with our volatile schedules (we'll email him at 7am saying our dog doesn't need a walk that day, and he's fine with the adjustment,) he runs his business so well and provides such great care for his dogs.We also boarded our dog with Jeffrey for a weekend, and he made it incredibly seamless and easy. All we had to do was leave a small bag of food with basic directions and he did the rest. He also lives in an area where our city dog got to explore parks and grassy areas all weekend long.And most importantly, I've been around the house when Jeffrey comes to pick up the dog, and her tail starts wagging like crazy as soon as she sees him. I found Jeffrey on Yelp (thank you others for writing such good reviews) and my girl, Chanel fell in love with him at first sight! He has walked our lab-pit mix for about 2 months and he has dog sat for us as well. I love that I receive emails everyday with pics or videos-being new to Boston, I find the videos very entertaining with Jeffrey giving the history of the neighborhood they are in and to see the power of pack working..all pups walk in one rhythm which is fun to watch! He also takes really good pictures of the pups. He is really passionate about dogs and hasn't missed any day-even when it's bitter cold outside..He has been really good with Chanel and I was very sad to move out of the neighborhood. I am still in the process of trying to convince Jeffrey to expand to my new hood. More...
