One bloke from this so called business regularly seen up winter hill with at least ( dogs and never on leads in fact he never has any leads with him and not one of the dogs takes any notice of him I wouldn't let him walk a rat let alone a dog and on top of that the man is an ignorant and arrogant asshole and the next time your dogs come bounding up to my dogs on lead I will not hold them back then he can explain to his customers why he isn't returning their dogs.
