When Scampi hears the van coming up the road he goes crazy! He absolutely loves going to The Dog House. I know that Elaine and the team care for Scampi as if he was their own, and he always seems a bit miffed to come back home to us. He always has a ball when he's there! Maggie has been walked by The Dog House since 2013. I was very nervous about trusting someone else with her but I had nothing to worry about, as they take so much care of her. She is 15 and needs help getting in and out of the van and is very particular about who walks her! They are extremely caring and patient with Maggie and she absolutely loves her walks. She is always ready and waiting for Andy and I really believe the group walks have kept her young at heart. She also boards with them and is spoiled rotten every time. Elaine, Sharon and Amy have gone above and beyond with Maggie, helping with Vet appointments when needed. I can't thank The Dog House enough for all they've done and continue to do, for Maggie. From the moment Elaine and Amy first came to meet our 10 week old Lola we knew we had made the right decision. Lola has absolutely loved her time with the Dog House gang, right from her tiny puppy home visits to her holiday at Elaine's. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and we are so grateful to you all. We boarded our 8 year old Weimaraner Tia with Guy for a long weekend March '17 just gone, am so glad we did. She has never been left alone with anyone else except family before and Tia loved it. Guy kept us updated on how she was doing and what sort of day they had and Tia found a new best friend in Guy's dog. She is booked in for July with Guy and I know she will have a fab time and that I can enjoy my holiday as I know she is in good hands and enjoying her holiday and pampering with Guy too. Watson always comes back absolutely shattered from here, and his behaviour around other dogs has improved considerably. After a week away, two long walks around the park have left him snoozing all afternoon, so we can only guess that he's been playing with the other dogs non-stop. Andy and Elaine are always very helpful, and have shuffled bookings around with their co-dogsitters to accommodate us at very short notice.When we were first looking for a kennel, I was asking other dog walkers in the parks if they'd recommend anywhere, and the Dog House was the answer we got from pretty much everybody. The perfect couple to look after your furry baby.
Foster our boxer pup adores Andy & Elaine. He loves his daily walks & we couldn't have wished for a nicer couple to look after him when we went on holiday.
It was great seeing the pictures on facebook whilst we were away. He was clearly having as much fun on his holiday, as we were!
To find someone who loves your dog like its there own - what more could you ask for.

Doug the Pug has been coming to the Dog House now for almost a year. If Doug could speak, this is what he would say "I LOVE THE DOG HOUSE! ELAINE AND ANDY ARE AMAZING, THEY LET ME CUDDLE THEM AND THE OTHER DOGS AND I ALWAYS COME HOME FEELING RELAXED AND LOVED! I WISH MY MUMMY AND DADDY WOULD SEND ME THERE MORE OFTEN I LOVE IT!
