Wow, Rachel has done wonders in our home this week, really sorted us out. It had all become too much and I felt overwhelmed by how things had accumulated and just didn't know where to start. Rachel is very calm and understands the psychology behind the situation, she gave me hope that I can get on top of things again ... and she worked so hard.
