The very best. Anna is amazing - explaining what and why she is doing, making you feel so comfortable throughout the process (hygienist appointment this time). And the TV to distract you is an added bonus! And Claire is brilliant. The incredible attention to detail, to make sure she recommends the best solution for your teeth (orthodontics). Claire is honestly the best dentist I have ever had. I have just transferred to The Courtyard Clinic after my prior dentist retired and have been very impressed with the level of care and thoroughness that Claire has shown me. After an initial consultation and a hygienist appointment, she helped take care of some fillings for me. I absolutely hate needles and I'm very nervous of the whole process when you have a filling and Claire, her dental assistant and the receptionist noticed that and did an excellent job helping me through it. The chairs have screens attached to them and in order to help distract and calm me from the work that was being done in my mouth, she put Netflix on for me and gave me some wireless headphones to wear which really really helped me, even if all I was able to do was to just listen to something. It was just very thoughtful of her to do this and I know that she offers this to other patients as well and I'm very grateful for it. She is also very gentle and discerning, as I found in my initial assessment and then again for my hygienist appointment, which is really great for someone like me who has very sensitive teeth. I also mentioned that she was thorough and by that I mean that she looked at each tooth very carefully in my first appointment and then explained to me afterwards exactly what everything meant. She was also very good at explaining what she was doing and why she was doing it during my filling appointments. I will definitely be returning to The Courtyard Clinic again in the future and highly recommend Claire for anyone who is looking for a dentist. More...

I broke a tooth while on holiday so needed a new crown quickly. The Courtyard Clinic is an excellent dental practice and as they use the Cerec CAD/CAM system the crown can be made on site and everything is done in one appointment. The whole process took just over 2 hours and I am very pleased with the final result. By far the best dental practise I have been to, knocks the spots off most of the dentists on Harley st. Kind, patient and superbly knowledgable dentists, hygienists & nurses and a brilliant receptionist. Claire is such a passionate and dedicated dentist, who and goes above and beyond to make you feel listened to, supported and helped to get the best treatment for you. They are especially wonderful with nervous patients. I had had a fear of the dentist before going to the courtyard clinic, but now I don’t mind going at all! What a fantastic place The Courtyard Clinic is. Lovely surroundings. Friendly staff and for nervous patients, they are extremely reassuring. I am needlephobic and on a previous occasion I was so very grateful that they use The Wand which made the whole local anaesthetic experience a lot easier to bear. My dentist is Dr Claire Holly Wilkinson (an absolute angel) who is usually assisted by the lovely Emma Hill. Not forgetting of course the friendly, helpful and wonderful Alison Muir, the Practice Manager. I haven't met the other staff, however, I am sure they are just as lovely. Dr. Clare and her team absolutely brilliant. Being an anxious, nervous patient I just recently had a crown, root canal and fillings carried out on my teeth .
Excellent treatment . Everything explained and a lovely coffee latte offered to me at the end ! My teeth feel great and looking good.

This dental practice is the very best!!! If you are a nervous about visiting the dentist do not fear....... from the moment you walk in everyone makes you feel cared for.
Alison on reception is calm and very professional - nothing is too much trouble. The lovely dentist Claire sits and talks to you long before actually looking in your mouth - which makes you feel like there is no rush to 'just get on' with treatment! A close person to me has been looked after by Claire and her dental nurse Emma for some quite long appointments - this person is so delighted with everything that Claire achieved!
I DO NOT FEEL NERVOUS ANYMORE WHEN VISITING THE DENTIST DUE TO THE GREAT PROFESSIONAL CARE AND TREATMENT THAT CLAIRE AND HER TEAM GIVE.

I was just looking for a dentist who could repair some teeth as quickly and painlessly as possible and at a sensible price. Everyone was sensitive about how nervous I am and the treatment was completely pain free. Wow I had 2 crowns, 3 fillings plus the hygienist in one appointment. Working full time it was perfect!
The quality, service and high standard of dental treatment was fantastic. I would definitely recommend trying this high tech up to the minute dentist.

I unfortunately had my front tooth knocked out (traumatic experience!) and had no idea what to do going forward. I got in touch with The Courtyard Clinic (Claire) and the help and professionalism has been second to none. Not only did they make me feel at ease and comfortable at my first appointment but Claire went above and beyond to answer all my questions (and I had loads) about what was going to happen to my teeth. After my first visit Claire had already set up a plan for me and went through it step by step. I now know my options and feel a lot better about my front tooth. The team that support Claire are also great, they genuinely care for you and your teeth and that's the important thing. Teeth mean a lot to people so the extra care and kindness goes a long way. I'm now back to normal life, albeit with a splint over my teeth but know my teeth are in good hands and will be sorted out soon enough :) More...

I had been around a number of dentists in Chertsey which all to be fair, were all offering the usual standard service and care, but when I attended the Courtyard clinic for a second opinion on the treatment I required, there was a significant difference in not just the environment, but the care given by all the team. Karina and Alison just to name but a few, were wonderfully calming and caring as I am a very nervous patient and the environment did not smell like the usual dentists aroma; it was very relaxing and spotlessly clean and all this coupled with all the friendly team I knew this was the right place for me.The attention to my needs were taken into account at all points of my treatment and with having what was a rather large bridge and also extractions through sedation; which also was considerately administered by a lovely gentlemen named Will, I felt completely safe in all these professionals hands and cannot recommend this clinic enough.From start to end of my treatment, my nervous disposition was considered throughout and I am delighted with my lovely new teeth.Thank you all very much indeed. I had a bad experience with a previous dentist and so was pretty nervous when I first approached the Courtyard Clinic with a view to sorting out some problems with my teeth. Yasmin was very reassuring and, working with her team of technicians, developed a programme of work which was implemented over a period of time. This ensured I felt comfortable with each stage of the treatment before moving on to the next.I am very satisfied with the work which is now complete. In so far as one can ever say "I loved” dental treatment, I would say that about the treatment I received from Dr Yasmin George at The Courtyard Clinic! I had a mouth full of disintegrating amalgam from 1960s dentistry before I was recommended to The Courtyard Clinic and Dr George; she systematically set about sorting me out, placed a gold crown in the worst place, reconstructed teeth using the wonderful CEREC technique where necessary, and replaced all the other unsightly fillings with colour-matched ceramic, so you now can't tell I have any fillings at all.I was very nervous about some of this work as I am needle-phobic but the techniques employed meant that I was able to survive the experience, and my goal now is to keep my own teeth for the rest of my life, with help from Yasmin and the hygienist. I have recommended friends and family to Dr George and without exception they have been very pleased with her expertise, ability and professional manner - even my 92 year old mother for whom Dr George made new dentures. She takes a lot of time and trouble to ensure that you understand the situation, options and procedures and I cannot recommend her highly enough. More...
