I am a qualified counsellor and am a registered member of the BACP and am happy to work to their ethical framework. I have extensive experience of working with depression, anxiety, bereavement, life stage issues, OCD, to name but a few.

I love becoming a trusted companion to people who invariably know what is good for them but for various reasons feel blocked or stuck.

People who choose me as their counsellor get a man who is committed to what is best for them. I am honest, trustworthy and will not be overwhelmed by their overwhelm. I will not judge or criticise but will challenge harmful attitudes and perceptions.
