We weren't really sure what we wanted, except that we wanted cupcakes so people could take them away, and she came up with an idea we really loved! I cannot recommend Hey Pesto enough! After being invited to a charity cake sale hosted by the team it was clear that the food was beyond amazing. So good in fact, that I asked if something could be arranged for a family member. To my delight they agreed and again the food was fantastic and nothing seemed too much trouble. Hey Pesto provided a first class service at our recent wedding party at the Brockworth Tithe Barn and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. The contact, organisation in the run up to the event and service on the actual day was second to none. We chose Hey Pesto to do our wedding catering and they were amazing from the first ever email to the wedding day itself. Nothing is too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect on the day. A lot of guests have commented on how good the food was, including those who had different dishes due to dietary requirements. They also provided our wedding cake which was tiered cheeses, it was beautifully presented on the day and they made sure any leftovers got put into tupperware so that it didn’t go to waste. Tanya was incredible from start to finish, she was recommended to us after our original plans fell through, and we are so glad we found her. She went ahead with the cake tasting even in the worst snow of the year! I had my semi-naked 3-tiered wedding cake made by Tanya, and it was the most seamless and stress free experience.Tanya was easily contactable and answered all our queries. Tanya recently gave a group lesson on sugar flower making at my sister's hen do. It was such a great thing to do! We made beautiful apple blossom for the wedding cake and everyone loved it! ! Tanya was really efficient, so well prepared, she was able to advise of the best flowers to make with a big group of novices and she was a fantastic teacher! Tanya made us a wonderful wedding cake in September this year. The cake was delicious and beautifully made; our guests complimented on the cake all evening. The sponge was moist and the flavours were amazing. Tanya was great to work with; very understanding and knowledgeable about cakes and she provided a super service.
