Today we spent in the company of Mark (Cheeky Chihuahua) on a introduction to mantrailing. And Spider myself and my grandsons had a brilliant time. Never would I have thought my 4 month old pup could find a complete stranger in the woods! Under Marks instructions though he did! Amazing thanks Mark we will be joining you again. More...

Just been on a wonderful afternoon trying out the Intro to Mantrailing and we had a blast! Our rambunctious pup (1 year old) was totally engaged and came away happy and all worn out after a fun packed 2 hour session. I highly recommend it and it was fun for all the family. More...

Attended the puppy classes which our Lab thoroughly enjoyed each week (she couldn’t wait to get there!). Mark is a very relaxed and easy going trainer and didn’t expect the puppies to get things right first time. However, I did have my doubts on whether our pup could achieve her certificate of excellence after only 6 weeks but she did! Thank you Mark! More...

We have been working with Mark and our little Ollie for some time now and shall continue to do so. Given the current times we are in, it hasn’t been easy with a new puppy and getting him out into the world to socialise. Mark has been excellent throughout and we really are seeing a difference in Ollie. His confidence has grown, he is coming along leaps and bounds and continues to do so too. We shall continue to work with Mark as not only is he an expert in his field, he’s a genuine and great person too. He’s very easy to work with too, arranging anything is straightforward and he’s just a happy guy as you can tell that Mark is doing what he loves. Ollie loves his training and the treats too. Thanks Mark! More...

Mark has been fantastic, from puppy training onto teenage tearaways and on to start our journey as we train Jackson as an assistance dog, so far it’s been a pleasure and I still have all my fingers, I’m not sure who looks forward to each session most , Mark myself or the Dog !

Mark has a lovely, relaxed manner, which my all dogs responded to well. He has been working with Lily, our Podenco, and has helped considerably with her training and reactive issues. Much progress had been made. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Mark for any dog related issues. Thanks, Mark!???????? More...

We've been working with Mark since before Christmas. We have a 3 month old Jack Russell puppy. He's making great progress under Mark's guidance - we even have him jumping over hurdles! At 15 weeks old, that's not bad! Thanks Mark. More...

Mark is a great trainer, he is very informative, warm and clear with any advice and instructions. My puppy (5 months old German shepherd) has improved after just one session with Mark. Mark's advice and exercises have now become a mainstay in our routine. My puppy is more responsive to my commands and he is much more focused on our walks. I have a new insight and way of thinking in regards to communicating with my puppy thanks to Mark. More...

We’ve really enjoyed our puppy training classes and are thrilled Albie has successfully completed the course. The course is well structured and a great starting off point for the novice dog owners that we are. Mark is great with the dogs and always on hand with tips and advice. I would highly recommend Mark, the IMDT course and will be signing up for the teenage years ways course. More...

I called Mark as my neighbour notified me that my puppy was crying when I left home. Having never been left alone. Mark suggested a few options and I tried things out the next day. It worked! Mark suggested giving ozzy some stimulating fun activities while alone and he’s been quiet as a mouse since. Unfortunately my neighbour is still a moany old man. But I have a happy puppy that I don’t have to stress over leaving alone! Thank you! More...

Message from Andy and Wendy Sutor:
Our dog, Lillie, is a very anxious cockapoo who struggles with encountering other dogs and people, which made it difficult to take her on walks.
Mark was very patient with her, while also giving us some helpful tips on how to handle her, pointing us in the right direction. We are very grateful for his guidance and patience with Lillie. Our walks are now much more pleasurable!

Dog Training
Mark was friendly and very professional and had my dog behaving from the minute he stepped through the door. He gave me practical advice on how top help my dog become calmer on walks and took me out onto the street to show how his techniques work. I received a written report quickly and he has offered ongoing support should I need it. More...
What do you love most about your job?
Whilst working with dogs, I can change people's lives for the better.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After studying to help our own troubled dog, I qualified as a behaviourist and learnt that there is a shortage of trainers who have experience of actually living with a dog that is crying out for help.
Why should our clients choose you?
Training a dog is one thing, living with a troubled dog that sees you everyday, is something else entirely. Qualifications aside, people appreciate empathy and compassion, from someone who's been in their shoes.
Behaviour Training
We focus on the emotions that drive the problem behaviour, taking a holistic approach that looks at all areas of your dog's life.
One-to-one Training
We train dogs of any age. Some have started at eight weeks, and some older dogs are learning new tricks at 14 years and above.
Assistance Dog Training
As a DogAID trainer, we can train dogs to help around the house and when outside. Any official assistance dog training MUST be organised via the appropriate organisation.
Classes
We offer Puppy Classes, and Teenage Tearaways, held at Worle Community Centre. Puppy class covers basic obedience, socialisation and an introduction to scent work. Teenage Tearaways are more advanced, and include working our way through the IMDT Partnership Grades.
