World Class service, no need to add more comments. I am a frequent customer, twice or more a month and I had never, ever a bad impression. Always on time, professional drivers, comfortable drive, always look for the best route, well communicated so can avoid traffic jams, good conversation but also respect a nap. All cars are high class cars, super clean, have WiFi good quality enough to not stop working or communicating with family and friends. Price is more than reasonable. My wife and I have used the Chauffeur Group for many years, mostly travelling to and from my home address to Southampton to connect with cruise ships. We have also travelled via Heathrow and Gatwick when travel plans dictated flying to our destination and return. Ch Group have never let us down and we are always confident that when we have made a booking the driver will arrive at the arranged time whether outward or return. The drivers are always polite and professional and willingly give assistance with luggage as required. I also like the confirmation paperwork which clearly sets out destinations and prices etc. The other very reassuring aspect is the confirmation of drivers identity and vehicle reg sent in advance. I would not hesitate in recommending Ch Group to my friends/relatives. I had experienced a 7 hour delay meaning that I could not have my original Chauffeur Group booking and rather than cancel it they offered to postpone until I knew my new arrival time at Heathrow. Unfortunately I was unable to contact them, again until I had actually landed. Expecting longer delays I was very grateful when Claire, the controller, called me back within 5 mins with a car ready for when I cleared customs.
