Brilliant experience from The Bounce Department. From the lady in the office who helped choose what would be most suitable, to the lady who took my payment, to the delivery driver who dropped the bouncy castle off (20 minutes early) to the owner who came and collected it and tidied everything away. The bouncy castle (dinosaur multiplay castle) was amazing and kept 38 children very happy! It was perfect as it contained a bouncy castle, 2 slides, 1 ball pit, inflatables, softplay and a wind machine that lifted balls into the air, which was magical for the children! The delivery driver was already there waiting for us which was a relief and the owner of the company came to collect the bouncy castle and he couldn't have been nicer and more professional! He took time to speak to my son about his birthday party, which he didn't need to do but was a lovely gesture. Alot of the parents at the party took the details of the company as they all said they would definately want to hire something from the company in the future. They have so many different options on the website that anyone could be catered for. The bouncy castle was delivered from Southampton to Oxford at a very small delivery charge; much cheaper than I imagine many other companies would be. Being a nice person goes a long way in this day and age so we will certainly be using this company again....their products are great and their service is second to none! Thankyou for making our sons birthday really special. More...
