I have been dancing with the company for just over a year now and not only do I feel part of a creative family, who help you grow and progress, but also a stronger, more confident and intelligent dancer. It's about understanding the relationship between the choreography and the music, which Tahir, the creative director teaches very well. Comparing this to previous classes I have been to, the atmosphere is positive and welcoming and the choreography really relates to the music and portrays the emotion and expression we want our audience to feel. Extremely professional dance group while still being fun and light hearted. Choreography is amazing, Tahir should be in Bollywood but luckily we have him here in London! They really take the time to break down each step and Tahir is very precise about how well we perform each step, the result is that we look great. It’s serious dancing yet so much fun. I forget the world/any issues when I’m dancing as I’m so focused. Tahir is strict but fair, absolutely brilliant choreographer/teacher. The girls in the performance group are excellent dancers. I have been dancing with the company for over a year now and have never looked back since. Loving dance, i have tried several different dance classes and this is on another level. More than a dance class, it is committed to increasing confidence, pushing boundaries and limitations, unique choreography, intricate moves, training of drama and expressions and more importantly dedication to what Bollywood song and dance is really about.
