Went to the bodyworks clinic today, after having an injury to my arm for over 2 years which still caused pain and reduced mobility. The staff are all very pleasant and professional, the therapist was great told me exactly what he needed to do and even threw in some light banter to distract from the discomfort. I'm not going to lie it was uncomfortable but absolutely necessary and my arm already feels on the mend. back in 2 weeks for another session. Came today for an appointment for the very first time and the receptionist person was very welcoming and it was lovely to meet Kirsty for my sports massage for my very first time she was welcoming and friendly and nice to have met her and she was brilliant at what she done on my first one and she made me feel at ease it was all relaxed and calming atmosphere can’t wait to see her again for my next appointment in September thanks again Kirsty and would highly recommend this place to anyone :-)

Would recommend both Kirsty and Ryan 100%. I have visited the clinic with pain in my hip and leg after being told I have sciatica. Ryan assessed me and was very thorough. I had a GP appointment afterwards and mentioned I'd been to the clinic and he agreed with Ryan on the issues. My daughter had been suffering with lower back pain continuous with flare ups that were becoming more regular. Our GP recommended trying an osteopath. I'd seen the bodyworks clinic reviews and decided to book an appointment. We saw Amy and I have to say not only is she friendly and professional ,she put my very nervous 16 year old daughter at ease and took a full and detailed history from her and then did a back examination and decided it was an extremely tight strained muscle that she believed she could fix. All I can say is wow! 30 minutes later my daughter is out of pain, being able to move freely and can touch her toes again. Money well spent. I can't recommend this team anymore. Last year they identified an issue which others had missed, but told me how to correct the issue. .. it's never appeared since. I visited TBC for the first time recently. I had a niggling pain in my foot which had been causing discomfort. After a relaxed chat about the injury, Kirsty examined my foot and quickly established the problem. She administered treatment involving some fancy glass cup things and wrapped the foot in a big plaster. As well as getting rid of the pain, Kirsty left me confident that I was in the hands of a professional (literally!) and enabled me to fully understand what was happening. I have had pain in my lower back for years and decided to try osteopathy instead of sports massage. Aimee made me feel so comfortable straight away, she examined my posture, checked my nerves and asked a lot of questions! We have determined the root cause of the problem and she has started treating it! I have improved so much after only two sessions! I have now enjoyed 3 treatment sessions with Aimee to relieve a trapped nerve in my back. I can honestly say that the results so far have been phenomenal! My pain levels have reduced significantly, my posture has improved and, best of all, I can do exercises I'd never thought possible! Today I've walked around Concord, from the Coop to the Health Centre and back again WITHOUT the aid of my walking stick! This is the second time I have used this service (two different problems) and the assessments and treatment plans are excellent. Staff provide clear and understandable explanations of your injury and why and what is required to recover. Exercise plans are e-mailed with video to remind you of how the exercises should be done and also you can print out the exercises. The staff are very professional, friendly and accommodating. Over the past few weeks I have been having reiki with Emma. These have been tailored to fit my needs and have become acupuncture/reiki sessions. I suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/M.E. I have had a flare up recently and have had difficulty with sleeping and severe tension pain in my head, neck and shoulders alongside the typical full body fatigue and pain associated with the condition.
Emma has thoughtfully designed sessions which help me to relax and ease my pain. Each week I have experienced something different during the reiki and the attached photo shows my sleep pattern after one of my sessions. 9 hours COMPLETELY uninterrupted. I actually felt like I had slept! Wow! First time I had woken feeling refreshed and more like myself in months! I'm now making steady progress and will definitely be continuing with the treatments!

I visited for the first time today and was treated by Jodie. Jodie is absolutely wonderful at what she does and I left feeling brand new! Stress, poor posture and working at a computer has left me with shoulder and back pain for years and I always have went to a physiotherapist back home in Northern Ireland. Although having lived her for 3 years I have been to a few physiotherapists over in the north east without success, and left without the relief from the tightness and pain I needed. Finally I have found Jodie at Body works who knows exactly what she is doing! I am booked in again next week and will be recommending her to everyone I know. Great people very knowledgeable highly trained. I have been having massage therapy for a lot of years for an RTA injury’s sustained and Emma gives me an excellent deep tissue massage.
