Andy gave me a much better understanding of calorie content and how really this is all you need to know to lose weight. He helped me understand my menstrual cycle better and how this affects things and I lost 10lbs in two months without trying too hard and still getting to enjoy the foods I love!

You dont always meet people who really love and excell in what they do. Andy is one of them.

Andy is a friendly and knowledgeable personal trainer.
I have been training for a number of years with the intention of trying to look lean.
With Andy’s advise I managed to break through a weight loss plateau by focusing on calorie intake, as well as his sound training advise on strength training with progressive overload
In the space of 4 months I went from 79kgs to 72.5kgs.
I would highly recommend Andy as a personal trainer

Before I started with Andy I was sceptical as to whether I could do this. Especially after 2 years of struggling since having my daughter and still breastfeeding. I had tried losing weight before and never been a fan of certain “diets” and exercise but I have been amazed at how much I am enjoying my PT sessions and how quickly I have achieved results. The plan is really easy to follow and what I love most is how personal my programme is. Andy tailors everything to each individual client and is SO encouraging. It’s also a plan that can be adapted along the way to fit in with my life depending on how much time I have to workout & what I want to eat. He’s always there to answer questions along the way and I actually really look forward to my PT sessions which I never thought I would say. I am already getting comments from people noticing the change in my body which is such a boost! Worth every penny & loving the confidence I have already. With Andy's advice, I have managed to diet flexibly and lose the 5kgs I needed to after chemotherapy. With his specific workout plan designed around my monthly cycle, I have strengthened my weaker areas and still managed to improve strength despite being in a calorie deficit.

I started going to Andy for personal training after seeing the amazing results my wife had with Andy. Andy’s holistic approach to training both surprised and encouraged me. With the remit of making me less prone to injury and has focussed on strength and weight loss, putting me on a calorie-capped diet. This I n addition to other exercise I have lost about 5 kg in 8 weeks. Andy’s main strength is that he gets you to push yourself in such a nice, friendly manner that you can’t say no!

I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for a PT to consider Andy.

Have been seeing Andy now for over 6 months. Unlike O the PT's, Andy cuts out the BS and tells you the facts. The plans are tailored to your goals and around your lifestyle and limitations, whilst still pushing you. The nutrition advice in informative but is something you need to own to achieve results. Have had a huge number of fitness successes this year since changing to The Better Body Co.

I have struggled with weight my whole life, and had formed many unhealthy habits and a pretty poor relationship with food. After having my little girl I was the heaviest I had ever been and miserable. I was recommended The Better Body Company and Andy has been amazing, simple and sustainable weight loss advice, loads of amazing recipes and training guidance for an unbelievable price. I can't stress enough how much value you get for your money! I have lost 28lbs in total (22 in the last 10 weeks) and I have never felt better.
