Amazing customer service received. We booked a room for our son's first birthday party and even though we were notified that we would need to pay extra if we went over our alloted time slot they were extremely understanding that we had a very excited room of toddlers that can be hard to wrangle sometimes. We went over by 20 minutes because we were tidying up but they were helpful and kind and we would go back again for more birthday partys! More...

Friendly and welcoming

The staff are very supportive towards our Art club on Thursday afternoons. The Batch has great facilities. We find it very relaxing to be there. Great place.

Lovely venue, I never even knew this place existed to be honest.

My son plays footy here ,but you can get breakfast or later a sunday lunch but my advice is to book as they can only cook for about 30 to 40 ,but they manage to feed my grandaughter so happy days

Just been to the batch with a few friends for Sunday dinner you get a choice of three meats I thought the dinner was lovely for 4,95 for small dinner or 6,95 for the large dinner you can't go wrong excellent

Organised an 80th party at the Batch. Both management and staff were very accommodating, nothing was to much trouble. The have their own catering staff who provided a fabulous buffet (thank you Jill & Claire). With the help of this great team, we were able to provide a marvellous party.
