Cannot recommend this place highly enough. I ordered a few balloons for a surprise 60th birthday party for my mum last Friday and I totally messed up when it came to collecting them on the day because I got the opening hours wrong and arrived half an hour too late! !! However my husband called the out of hours number and the owner (who was at home at the time) kindly came back to the shop and gave us our balloons so we managed to get them to the venue just in time after all. It wasn't an especially big order but it meant the world to us and I can't think of anywhere else that would be so helpful when it was our mistake. More...
