Fantastic very professional and felt comfortable throughout my treatments. I have had back problems for a long time and since I have been going to see Francis I have been very happy.
I do recommend stretches by Francis at home plus a treatment every 4-8 weeks depending on my lifestyle and I have not had as many problems with my back anymore. Unlike other places I have been that just do stretches with you and use an ultrasound machine, Francis is very hands on and you feel like you had a good treatment.

Martine really is a fantastic therapist & certainly knows her stuff about chinese acupuncture in depth. I had a serious virus & chronic fatigue that my GP could not help me with.
Desperate for some help to feel better, i contacted Martine. I can honestly say that i feel at last im understood and can be helped. I feel im not just another client to Martine. She takes her time to educate you, listen, offer advice and support and goes out of her way to always help.
I wouldnt use anyone else now, as i know im in great hands with Martine. Her clinic is peaceful, private and always very welcoming.

I have recently been to see Martine for two treatments and have been over the moon with the result. Before we even met I found Martine to be very friendly and accommodating, finding time in her busy schedule to fit me in at short notice.
She was also very knowledgeable about my reasons for seeing her and I instantly felt I had made the perfect choice of therapist, Her home where treatments are carried out is quiet and calm, inviting and private - I felt very comfortable as soon as I arrived, I had only had acupuncture in my shoulder before so was a bit nervous at the prospect of needles all over my body but Martine talked me through exactly what she was doing and everything was totally painless. I had one treatment very early in the morning and on arrival at work a colleague noted that I looked radiant! If only I could go every morning!
I wouldn't hesitate to book an appointment with Martine again - highly recommended.

What do you love most about your job?
Satisfaction of sending people home with zero pain! Having clients send me photos of their baby scans and knowing I was part of their family. Having clients refer friends and family to me because I've done such a great job! At the end of the day it's only outcomes that matter and great results speak for themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having the freedom and flexibility to work with clients in the way that I believe is best for them and in way that gets results.
Why should our clients choose you?
As an experienced acupuncturist a core principle of my business and how I practise is putting the client first and at the centre of agreed an treatment plan with clear goals. There is no judgment, no lecturing just help and support through whatever issue you need to work through and overcome. Whether that's pain management, working towards reducing medication or helping you conceive. Clients come back to me time and again because they know that together we'll get the result they want.
