Ryan is a super personal trainer and is knowledgeable in all things fitness related. My mobility quickly improved after we addressed my weak points. A quick shoulder opening exercise and I was able to do my first ever muscle up! Would highly recommend. More...

I’ve been dealing with really bad wrist pain for a while. After seeing Ryan, who did some specific stretches on my wrist to aid blood flow and mobility, the pain has completely gone! Been 2 months and still pain free - he is miracle healer!! He’s also super nice and friendly - 100% recommend. Would be a great trainer to anyone! Thanks Ryan! More...

Before i met ryan , i was loosing interest in the fitness program. I was feeling tired most of the time , lethargic at work and my sleeping patterns was awful. Then i met ryan , ive lost body fat , i sleep so much better and those deep sleep that ive always wanted ive got it and also im finding that ive got a lot more energy ! I cant believe i could fit into a 28 inch skinny waist and i was 34 before. I couldnt do a single dips before and now i can do a perfect ten. Ryan does push you to your utmost limit and knows how to mix and match wonderful programme so you wont bored. Thank you so much for being the best pt in the world. More...

Ryan has really helped kick me back into fitness and I am already seeing the transformative results in my body, even after only a few weeks of TRX. Our sessions are always so much fun—Ryan is really engaging and his passion for fitness is infectious! His routines are completely customised to push you to your own personal limit, and he's careful to correct your technique in a way that helps make you benefit the most from exercise. I was very nervous about taking the leap and getting back into fitness though any jitters were put to rest when starting Ryan's PT program. He's a very enthusiastic young man who makes you feel instantly at ease and has the ability to push you to your limits without being overbearing.
