I could not be happier with my experience so far at Regus in RSM! Nima Arzani (office manager) and Shirley are always pleasant, accommodating, and professional. The environment itself is beautiful after the remodel (I don't know what it looked like before, since I moved in after the remodel). I consistently get compliments from my clients on the office space. I appreciate having 24/7 access to the building, which gives me the flexibility of scheduling clients on Saturdays if necessary. To date, Regus and the team at the RSM office have exceeded my expectations! My only suggestion to Regus Corporate would be to include some of the current "add-ons" in with the price of the lease (e.g., a certain number of copies per month at no charge or listing the business name on the directory at no charge). What makes a great website?
When it comes to growing your business, your corporate website is one of the most important things to get right because whether your company is B2B or B2C, it’s number one immediate job is to convert visitors to leads or sales (whichever your model calls for). The worst thing that can happen is for you to spend a bunch of time and money generating traffic to your website, only to have most of your visitors look and leave (bounce).
Here are five simple tweaks you can make to your homepage right now to increase the percentage of visitors who stay on your website, purchase a product (if you have an e-commerce model) or fill out some kind of form resulting in an appointment (if your process requires this). What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Depends on the type of project, but in every case, I want to know:
1. What's your objective? Drive more leads? Increase conversion? Nail an upcoming investor or client pitch? Defining the objective is where we start.
2. Who is your target audience, what do they want, and what is stopping them from getting what they want?
3. How do you solve this problem in unique ways?
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the transformation I help facilitate for my clients, taking them from stuck and frustrated to a clear path to growth. When the light bulb goes on, I can see it on their face, and it's very gratifying for me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Although I rely on a lot of industry best practices and wisdom, I have my own style and way of doing things. Being self-employed allows me the freedom to bring my unique perspective and set of experiences to bear so I can benefit my clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm not the hero in the story. My clients are. My role is to put them on a clear path to growth, fan their flame, step back and watch them get the happy ending they're after.
